Sterile Filtration Equipment Consists Of Four Units

Air PR. Regulator Cum Filter: It consists of an air filter and a regulating valve with nozzle.

Pressure / Filling Vessel: It is made out of AISI 316 quality and mirror polished from inside & outside. The vessel is designed for sterile solutions. A long tube for the outlet is provided to ensure complete draining of the liquid. It can be steam sterilized in an autoclave. Airtight sealing arrangement with silicon 'O' rings. Filling vessel is provided with a sight glass at top.

Capacity: 20Ltrs. to 400Ltrs.

Membrane Filter Holder: Membrane filter holder is made out of AISI 316 quality and completely mirror polished. The filter holder is designed for sterile solutions. It is provided with support screens, silicon 'O' rings etc. It can be steam sterilized in an autoclave. Optionally available with bubble test arrangement. Available in 13mmØ, 25mmØ, 47mmØ, 90mmØ, 142mmØ, 293mmØ.
